A three wheelers which has shown its presence since the real innovation started in india. Major occupation of the rurals, earning per day around Rs150. Totally opposite to the current management funda. 80% labour and 20% output according to the 80-20 rule in the six sigmas.rickshaw pullers suffer from regular health problems, most of them gets in habbit to wrong things like intoxication,drugs,drinks..
Normally the areas political parties which are growing day by day as politics has become an occupation as per i think. They take care of managing their workings. Every city has a rickshaw union.
Organising an foundation which only look after this sort of people who almost risk their life their health just to feed the remaining members of their family. So that his daughter/son can go to school, and also look after the management going hand in hand with the local politicians...

"THE REAL INDIA"-1
The complete life, the perfect pattern, includes old age as well as youth and maturity. The beauty of the morning and the radiance of noon are good, but it would be a very silly person who drew the curtains and turned on the light in order to shut out the tranquillity of the evening. Old age has its pleasures, which, though different, are not less than the pleasures of youth.
And now the end is near
And so I face the final curtain,
I’ll state my case of which I’m certain.
I’ve lived a life that’s full, I traveled each and ev’ry highway,
And more, much more than this. I did it my way.
It is funny how everyone wants to live long but no one wants to grow old. Old age is viewed as an unavoidable, undesirable, problem-ridden phase of life that we all are compelled to live, marking time until our final exit from life itself.
Perceiving old age with fear is actually a rather recent phenomenon. It seems to increase as each day passes and the world becomes more complex and less comprehensible. Earlier, when life was simpler and values counted for more, those who reached a ripe old age held an enviable place in society where they could really relax and enjoy their twilight years, secure in the knowledge that they still commanded attention, respect and affection, and that though they were well past their prime, all that they had given their best for was still important- and so were they.

As in the picture shows two street lovers who have no support to live other than BEGGING..

Is There Any Future For Them...
Is there any future for these childrens who stays behind the wall of what we say the change,(sector-5) Kolkata.known for the infrastructual growth that it has brought to kolkata..
Offices like TATA,WIPRO,INFOSYS,IBM,DLF..and many more.
And we talk of CSR when this people suffers from infection, hunger and many more problems..do we do anything.the answer is "no",NGO's its time for them to get awake and do some real work apart geting grants from the goverment and helping the corporate world to show a fake CSR.we need to take a stand.I can not do it alone thats a truth, during my research in Delhi on social bodies i have realised what is the real functioning of NGO's.
When talking to these children they don't go to schools. In their home there are five members and only one income head their dad,who is a watchman in a nearby office.can we say
WHAT IS THE FUTURE OF OUR PEOPLE WHO WILL BE OVER-TAKING OUR POSITIONS IN TIME TO COME.
All i would request to highlight the important of educated people like us,our role in changing life of millions and millions of people who hardly have a way to survive..
WAKE UP AND APART FOR LOOKING JOBS IF WE HAVE SOME AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THEIR LIVES IT WOULD BE GREAT.
ITS TIME TO BRING A CHANGE....
LET US DO IT TOGETHER.
